I was at your location in Germantown tn last night at 8:25 pm. The chairs where all on the tables with no where to sit and it was suppose to be open until9 pm. The employes were not friendly . I sat in a big chair and when 9 oclock came around they rudley told me they are closed and to leave. I was very unhappy and don’t plan to return to this location. I thought you would like to know.

Christine, first let me say that the service you received was atrocious. While I do not work for Starbucks, I personally hate that you were treated that way. I wrote a book about the company in 2006, examining what leadership principles that took the company from a single store to an international phenomena. I study many corporate leaders and am saddened when the customer experience they envision, is not realized by the end user. I would encourage you to pass your complaint on to customer service at Starbucks. Their website is www.starbucks.com. Again, as someone passionate about excellent service, I am sorry you were treated so poorly.
